I like shrimp sandwiches because they’re usually lighter and a little more refreshing for warmer weather. These Shrimp Bread Kones are filled with fresh vegetables and fresh cooked jumbo shrimp, perfect for a light bite with friends.
I like to cook my shrimp at home, but if you don’t you can always buy yours pre-cooked. To make the sandwich, I layer everything into the bread kone and give it a spritz of lime to liven up all the flavors.
Even though there are some vegetables in the sandwich, I like to serve it with salad on the side, too. This is great summery bread kone for you and your friends to enjoy. It’s also a nice way to serve shrimp to your kids if they don’t want shrimp on a skewer.
The bread kone always makes everything more delicious and interesting!
