This is simply the coolest fall dessert. Pumpkin Pie Dip is everything it says it is, all the best Pumpkin Pie flavor without the hassle of making it from scratch. Sound too good to be true? It’s not. Read on! I do love a classic pumpkin pie, but making it from scratch can take a lot of time. Time I don’t always have! That’s where this dessert comes in.
The concept of this dip is that it’s a classic no-bake pumpkin pie filling with lots of flavor and a subtle tang, chilled in the fridge until ready to eat. That’s it. Then, once it’s firmed up and just the right amount of creamy, you can dip apples or cookies (or whatever you’d like!) in it and you’re good to go.
I like this dip because it’s easy to make and appeals to the whole family. There have been times when I’ve put it into little ramekins and served it to kids individually. There have also been times when I’ve put it into a cool holiday bowl and made it very festive to match the theme.
Best of all, if you have budding cooks and bakers in the household, they’ll get really into making this. It’s a great recipe for teaching kids how to mix thoroughly, measure spices, and blend flavors. They’ll absolutely love using the mixer and being in the kitchen. I mean, is there anything better than making a recipe where the results taste this good?
Enjoy your Pumpkin Pie Dip, it’s going to be a hit this holiday season!
