PEEP MARTINI

I had to make a Peep Martini to make you all smile this Easter season. While I don’t know if I’ll serve this at Easter at our house, I do know that I’ll serve it to friends when they swing by for some fun this spring.

I don’t often have Peeps at my house, but I do buy them in April for the kids. They are fun for making S’mores and including in the lunchbox for a fun surprise.

This martini tastes like marshmallows because of the specialty vodka flavors. They can typically be found at large liquor stores. Enjoy this fun cocktail at your next Easter gathering. Cheers!

Peep Martini (Toasted Marshmallow Peep Martini)

This is a really fun recipe that I made for Easter season. You can easily find the specialty vodkas in liquor stores. Have fun with this one!

Makes 1 martini

For the rim:

  • 1 Peep

  • Caramel sauce

  • Pretty sprinkles

  • 3 oz. Whipped Cream Vodka or marshmallow vodka

  • 2 oz. Vanilla Vodka

  • 3 oz. heavy cream | Toasted Marshmallow Nut pod

  • 2 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream

  1. Rim your martini glass by dipping the rim in caramel sauce and then the pretty sprinkles.

  2. Add the whipped cream vodka, vanilla vodka, heavy cream (or nut pod), and Bailey’s Irish Cream to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well.

  3. Pour the blended cocktail into the martini glass and add the Peep for garnish. Enjoy!
