We love buffalo chicken in our house, but sometimes I like to give it a twist. I do this by first giving the chicken I grill a little bit of a Greek treatment with an easy marinade, then combining it with more Greek flavors in a big wrap, instead of traditional blue cheese. This is how I make our Greek Buffalo Chicken Wrap!

This is the coolest sandwich because it really brings together so many good flavors and textures. I can’t tell you how much we all love this, especially in the winter when we’re all in the mood for sandwiches for lunches and, sometimes, dinner. I usually double this recipe and make more because my kids are very happy to take this to school with them in their lunchboxes. They are so good for filling hungry children up in the middle of the school day!
In my catering business I’ll make these and slice them up to into bite size pieces so they’re easy to eat while people socialize. I also have made huge platters of these and dropped them off at places of work for companies hosting meetings or doing special lunches for their employees. Served with chips and a soda on the side, they make everyone happy.

Greek Style Buffalo Chicken Wrap
This is the perfect sandwich for weekend noshing, serving at a casual get together, or taking to school. Everyone adores it!
Ingredients:
Chicken Marinade:
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika
2 chicken breasts
For the Wrap:
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
¼ cup Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 Large wraps or tortillas
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together in a bowl and add the chicken breasts. Let them marinate for at least 2 hours.
Heat a grilled to medium high and grill the chicken until cooked through. Allow to cool and then slice into strips.
Toss the warm, sliced grilled chicken with buffalo sauce until coated.
Warm the wraps or tortillas and spread the Greek yogurt in the center.
Add the buffalo chicken, shredded lettuce, cucumbers and feta
Roll up the wraps and serve immediately
