Chicken Souvlaki Bread Kone

I’m so pleased to introduce the Bread Kone. It’s a delicious savory bread that’s baked into the shape of a cone and flavored with sesame seeds. It’s ideal for sandwiches, salads, and even interesting desserts! In the coming months I’m going to share many ways you can use a bread kone in your kitchen. It is the perfect way to give salads and sandwiches a fresh twist. Also, the cone shape makes it easy to eat and ensures nothing will drip into your lap, no matter how much sauce you use!

Chicken souvlaki is a classic Greek sandwich and this way of serving it takes it over the top. The bread kone is easy to stuff, but it can’t be overdone or it would be impossible to eat. Instead, this sandwich neatly holds all the ingredients with a drizzle of tzaztiki to tie it all together.

I like to use an ice cream holder to serve this for meals by the pool!

Chicken Souvlaki Bread Kone

This is probably one of the most popular Greek sandwiches of all time. With this new Bread Kone it’s even better and easier to eat! This is my family’s new favorite way of serving this sandwich, the kids love to eat their sandwich without it spilling anywhere!

Makes 2 sandwiches

2 Bread Kones

1 MegaYeeros Chicken Soulvaki

2 Tbsp Tzatziki

1 Tbsp Cucumbers

1 Tbsp Tomatoes

1 Tbsp Red onions

2 sprig Fresh Parsley

8 – 10 pieces Homemade fries

  1. In a small bowl, mix the tzatziki, cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion.

  2. Split the tzatziki mixture between the two kones, spreading it on one side of each kone.

  3. Divide the chicken between each kone.

  4. Lastly, add one sprig of parsley to each kone, along with a few fries to each.

  5. Enjoy!
